Simple, Transparent, Guaranteed
How EUCOS Cooling as a Service Works
We have eliminated all complexity to offer you a clear, streamlined journey. Forget endless tender specifications, bureaucratic hurdles, and lengthy delays in equipment selection and supply. Get a technical assessment and proposal within 30 days. Here is how we deliver the climate control you need across 4 essential, transparent phases.

Phase 1 · Discovery & Operating Envelope
Our process begins with listening and analysis. In this collaborative phase, you provide us with essential data describing your needs: the required power and temperatures, process set-points, expected usage profile, and specific site constraints. This information forms the basis for our technical assessment, during which our engineers translate your operational needs into precise system requirements. The result of this phase is the definition of the Operating Envelope (OE): a clear document that formalizes the service's operational perimeter, establishing tolerances, operating hours, project climatic conditions, and the KPIs that will guide our partnership, ensuring total transparency and stable fees.

Phase 2 · Clear Proposal & Digital Contract
Once the solution is defined, we present a transparent, no-surprise commercial proposal built on a single, all-inclusive monthly fee. The offer formalizes our Service Level Agreement (SLA), establishing guaranteed uptime, response and recovery timeframes, and automatic service credits for non-compliance. Every detail is clearly outlined: full inclusions (extended warranty, All-Risk insurance, maintenance, support, F-Gas/RCEE compliance, EUCOS Field Sense telemetry) and strategic exclusions (energy, optional civil works, consumable filters, intentional damage). Should your operational requirements change, a simple Change Order allows us to adapt the service. Everything is managed through a 100% digital contract, targeting service activation within approximately 90 days of approval, subject to equipment availability and site conditions.

Phase 3 · Delivery, Commissioning & Go-Live
Once the contract is finalized, the operational phase begins with the detailed scheduling of the equipment delivery to your site. Regarding installation, we offer maximum flexibility: you can opt for your trusted installer, to whom we will provide all necessary technical specifications for perfect integration, or you can request a separate quote for an installation managed by our qualified team of technicians. Subsequently, we handle the crucial phases of commissioning and comprehensive functional tests, ensuring the system operates according to expected performance. We connect our EUCOS Box (equipped with integrated cellular connectivity) to enable monitoring and telemetry, making all performance dashboards available in real-time. With these steps, your system is officially put into service, ready to deliver the guaranteed climate.
Phase 4 · Proactive Management & 24/7 Optimization
This phase represents the very essence of our "as a Service" model and the concretization of the "Zero Worries" promise. From the moment of activation, the system is permanently connected to our EUCOS Field Sense IoT platform, transforming into our 360-degree operational responsibility. Our team constantly monitors the system's vital parameters, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a predictive approach. This allows us to intervene proactively to prevent potential breakdowns before they occur, continuously optimize energy consumption, and ensure that system performance always meets the levels established in the Service Level Agreement. Your climate control is no longer just managed but intelligently optimized for maximum efficiency and reliability.
